Born in Hong Kong and brought up in Canada, Dominic spent over 20 years in Vancouver before returning to China in 1984, Dominic is now a highly respected professional in the spheres of executive search, HR leadership and CEO advisory services. Prior to starting BRC Group, Dominic previously held leadership role at Russell Reynolds Associates, Cornerstone International Group and Asia Executive Talent Group International. Based in Hong Kong & Shanghai, Dominic has covered China and Pan Asia extensively including Japan, India and Australia. Dominic has stationed in Japan and India for several years during his career as VP of Human Resources with Biosensors, Medtronic, Siemens and Philips.
